Lack of confidence and Low self -esteem

 Are you sometimes hearing you say: “I should have done /said “, “I am not good enough” I am not intelligent enough “? Are you finding it easier to put yourself down about various things than to accept yourself as you are?

 

  If you encounter feelings of self -doubt or you are lacking confidence, please know that you are not alone in this. These feelings drift over   nearly everyone at some time in our lives.

 This lack of confidence could have been from the “Nos”, “Don’ts” and “Shoulds” or other people telling us what is better for us, what to do and   why to do it . We might have heard all this when we were kids, however now as adults are you still thinking that you need to be perfect in   your actions, appearances in order to be loved and accepted.

  Do not be afraid to be happy and content with yourself. True self confidence is not being better than someone else , it is an inner acceptance , understanding and support of yourselves. Mistakes, errors, bad decision outcomes will become opportunities for learning.
